Personal Training
With over 20 years of experience, Nick is an ISSA-certified personal trainer, has his 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification, and a BS in Exercise Physiology. He trains via ZOOM or will travel to your personal home gym. Personal training sessions are 1 - 1.5 hours Monday through Friday from 7am - 5pm. No additional memberships required. Get started today.

Nick’s West Side Studio is optimal for endurance athletes. Virtual ZOOM sessions are offered for the busy client who prefers to work out at home.
