7 Day Cardio-Core-Challenge- Day 2 (Cardio)- Skiing the Diamond Couloir
Since it’s the weekend, for Day 2 of the challenge I opted to get outside and ski a line I've been eyeing every time I ride up Buckhorn. Who knew C Springs had such good backcountry skiing 20 minutes from my front door? I hope this video inspires you to get outside and #getyouradventureon! Unfortunately, Strava didn’t upload the file but my moving time was around 2 hours with around 2,000 feet of vertical gain. Get outside, get your heart rate up, and be one with mother nature!
